Gite du Marais Poitevin

House of character in the heart of the marsh poitevin, capacity : 12 to 14 people. Carpark: 6 cars.

At the ground floor:

there is a  part of life of 85 m ² with a living room,  a dining room (billiards and baby foot), the kitchen, a small bathroom with WC and a double bed.

On the first floor : 

there are  4 rooms,  bathroom and toilet . Electric heater. At the ground floor: reversible air-conditioning (heat and cold) there are also 2 chimneys making it possible to make blazes. In each room and bathroom there is an electric convector.

       





Outside :

there are a large terrace of 100 m ² and an approval garden   of 500 m ² with a large lime allowing to lunch in a shade.  There is also  a washing line.
